At ALDO Shoes BeNeLux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original, unworn condition with the packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes or accessories in their original box and secure them inside a shipping parcel along with the provided return form.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized PostNL, Bpost, or local courier point near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
